SHIPPING
All in-stock orders will be shipped within 2 full business days of receipt. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday via The United States Postal Service or UPS at our discretion. Depending on your location, your order will arrive within 5-7 business days.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to us. We will accept returns on items purchased at livingtreebotanicals.com with the original receipt, order number and a return code. Please contact Customer Service at info@livingtreebotanicals.com or 607-267-4045 within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase for a return authorization code. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted by Living Tree Botanicals without a return authorization code.
Customers pay return shipping on all returns and exchanges, except in certain rare circumstances, like damage during shipment.
If you are unsatisfied with a Living Tree Botanicals product, we would love to offer you an exchange for a product better suited to your needs.
We will replace defective merchandise immediately. Please call or email Customer Service for a return authorization code.
With respect to merchandise damaged during shipment, please retain all original shipping materials and contact Living Tree Botanicals Customer Service within 24 hours.
In certain rare circumstances after 30 days, with approval from management, we will allow exchanges only on used products.
We cannot accept returns on items purchased from other retailers.

BACK ORDERS
We do everything we can to avoid back orders. but there are times when our high quality natural and organic ingredients are unavailable. If a product is unavailable at the time of your order, we will place it on back order and notify you by email. the item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available, with no additional shipping charges. You will not be charged for the item until it has been shipped. To cancel a back ordered product, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
